Patrick Hoverstadt

Patrick Hoverstadt is the founder of Fractal Ltd and a leading international consultant in systemic approaches to organisation design, strategy and transformation, with over 30 years' experience across the private, public and third sectors and work in 21 countries. He is co-developer of the Patterns of Strategy methodology, author of The Fractal Organization and The Grammar of Systems, and a specialist in the Viable System Model. He chairs SCiO, the UK's largest community of systems practitioners, and has advised organisations including BAE Systems, Siemens and Rolls-Royce.

Simon MacCormac is a strategic advisor with over 30 years of global consulting experience spanning digital transformation, systems thinking and executive leadership. He has led major transformation initiatives in healthcare, defence, finance, telecoms and national infrastructure across the UK, North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, following senior roles at CSC, Nokia Siemens Networks, Deloitte and Arthur D. Little. A certified Advanced Systems Practitioner, he continues to consult independently – including within the NHS and care sector – and contributes to UK government systems thinking initiatives.
